Rhythm is a performance management tool for sales managers. Information is presented using modular components organized into compositions. Most components pull data from a CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot, with a handful allowing the user to generate their own data. Key features included the ability to track snapshots over time, the ability to add comments "contextually" (so threads are associated with a relevant piece of data), and a more intuitive quota system (since Salesforce was so convoluted that none of our users actually had it set up). CRM integration also required a great deal of configurability in order to work with different organizations' setups.
